Who is Eligible?

1. Citizens of Solomon Islands.
2. Between the age of 22 and 45 years old as of 1 April 2026　(Should be born between 2 April, 1981 and 1 April, 2004)
3. Bachelor’s Degree holders
4. At least 3 years of work experience as a full-time public servant; currently a full-time employee.
5. Target Organizations: All Ministries.
6. A strong willingness to work for the development of Solomon Islands after the completion of the course.
7. In good health both mentally and physically.
8. Sufficiently proficient in English to study in Japan.

Who is Ineligible?

1. Previously acquired a master’s degree after studying abroad on a scholarship awarded by other foreign assistances.
2. Currently receiving or planning to receive any scholarship.
