Prescribed Form 3A The length of the statement of purpose must be within 800 words, including the applicant’s motivation to apply for MPP/IP, study plan, and future career implications. Contents must be the same as “the statement of purpose” that you submit directly to the university online. |

Prescribed Form 3B Contact an academic adviser you wish to be supervised from the list on the faculty website. Discuss your research plan with him/her and submit it. The length must be 2 to 4 pages.
